How to order a package

Select “I need design assistance” as your design option
When ordering a product and you are about to get an instant quote, select this option under “How will your print-ready artwork be supplied?”. You don’t need to add anything extra to your cart.

We will contact you to discuss the package that best suits your needs
Once you submit your order, it will go straight to our Graphic Design Team who will be in touch to discuss your requirements.
*Once we have everything we need from you, your design(s) are generated in 60 minutes on average, between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on regular business days.
We do not offer a full graphic design service as some design agencies do.
Please note that we do not design logos, source any images (try using our design tool that has access to a huge library of images), offer any design advice or create multiple concepts.
We focus on high quality signage layouts at a low cost and fast speed to help you receive your signs back as quick as possible. We do not work on designs before an order has been placed.

Which Flag Base is Best for Me?
Selecting the correct base for Teardrop Banners, Bow Banners & Rectangular Flags is important to ensure you can use them anywhere you want. All of our bases fit on all of our flag poles, so you can purchase multiple bases to allow you to use your flags at any event or location.
24 Hour Production Time
We produce ALL of our products in only 24 hours (1 business day). The following shows what is required to meet this time frame and when your goods will be ready. Day 0: Artwork proof is signed off prior to 6:00pm Sydney time (AEST) Day 1: Order enters production and is completed by 2pm and ready for dispatch or pickup

Can you create a design concept for my signs?
The purpose of our artwork services is to give you a professional look for your signs based on clear instructions given to us. Please note that we do not source any images, offer any design advice or create concepts as this falls outside of the scope of what we offer. All elements (images, logos, text) will need to be supplied to us, as well as guidance as to how you would like it laid out. Only one main artwork package plus any of the other services
Can you create a logo for my business?
We do not offer logo design or creation. We can redraw your existing low resolution logo into a vectored format perfect for printing at all sizes under our Logo Redraw Package however we do not make changes/ adjustments to the logo in doing so.
Can you find images to use in my print ready artwork?
In order to create your print ready artwork we will need all images to be supplied to us, and we cannot source them for you. If you do not have the images in high resolution you may be able to purchase them from various stock photo websites and we recommend you purchase the highest quality version available for the best result. The image should be very close to the size you want to order and a minimum of 130dpi. Please note that we also do not offer any photo manipulation services.
What if I want to reorder in the future?
We keep all artwork on file for 2 years so you can easily reorder your signs again in the future! Just let us know your order number and our team will be able to locate the artwork file and use it for your new order at no extra cost!
How do I add an artwork package to my order?
If you require an artwork package, simply select “I need design assistance” when you get your instant quote and add the product to your cart. When checking out, you can upload your logo and images as well as leave notes for our team to create the print ready file for you. If our team has any questions they will reach out to you via email to discuss and quote the best package for your needs.
